So you no longer have to go to the town hall to apply for your VOG, because we easily arrange this digitally for you. We request the VOG for you at the screening autoreit Service Justis. You pay the same amount for an online application as when you go to the town hall.

Because we apply for everything digitally for you, you do not have to make an appointment at the town hall. It goes a lot faster than a paper application. In addition, you pay nothing more and it saves you a lot of time.

A VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct) indicates whether you may work with clients based on your past record. It verifies that you have not engaged in any objectionable behavior in the past.

The Certificate of Good Conduct contains data that is important to yourself or one of your clients. The data are divided into three categories: Your personal data, the purpose of the request and the screening profile.

In addition to your personal information, we also ask for your job title, as this is required for the VOG application.

Screening is based on the screening profile we select at the time of application. For our members, it is applicable to do so on screening profile .45 Health and welfare of humans and animals.

If you need a different screening profile please indicate this on your application, use this form to submit your application for a certificate of good conduct.

The cost of applying for a Certificate of Good Conduct is 41.35 euros. This is the same everywhere, whether you apply online or at the municipality. The only difference is that at the municipality you pay the entire amount at once and online you pay in 2 payments.

You can apply with us for the Certificate of Good Conduct for which you pay 7.95 euros. You then pay Dienst Justis the 33.85 euros for actually issuing the VOG.

Clients usually reimburse the cost of a Certificate of Good Conduct which is easier this way.

Because entrepreneurs are their own clients, they can only have a client apply for the VOG. When you apply for the VOG with us, we can apply for it for you at Dienst Justis.

Among other things, you need the VOG for your own quality system, seals of approval or for your clients.

Vergewisplicht: If you, as an entrepreneur, are going to work with employees or freelancers, then you have a duty as an entrepreneur to investigate whether this person is allowed to perform the work. You can also contact us for this, where we take care of the VOG application for employees or freelancers to be hired.

A Certificate of Good Conduct can easily be requested through our website. After we have received your application, we will process it.

It works as follows:

• You fill out your information online and pay 7.95 euros to submit the application.
• We will process your application within 24 hours, of which you will receive confirmation by email from Justis and from us.
• You follow the steps in the mail from Dienst Justis to further complete the application. You do this by using your DigiD and there you then pay the 33.85 euros for the screening examination.
• Typically, you will have your VOG within 2 weeks.
• When everything is in order you will receive the VOG sent home by mail.

By applying for a VOG through our website, you give us permission to apply to Dienst Justis for the screening of your past.

It is also important that you:

• Are a resident of the Netherlands and are registered with a Dutch municipality;
• Possesses a DigiD
• Have the ability to make payments via IDeal.

If you meet these conditions, you can apply for a VOG with us, and we will take care of the application for you at Dienst Justis.
